Return & Refund Policy

If you pre-ordered a product, you may request a return within 14 days after you receive access to the product.


For non–pre-order purchases, you may request a return within 72 hours after you receive access to the product.


Access Definition

Access to your product begins at the time we send the delivery email containing your download link, license key, or login instructions, regardless of whether the email lands in your inbox, junk, spam, or any other folder. The return window begins at this point.


Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must not have been downloaded, accessed extensively, or used beyond initial activation.

  • You must provide your order confirmation or proof of purchase.


How to Request a Return

To start a return, contact us at support@lunvate.com with your order details.


Please note that returns for digital products do not require a shipping address.


Payment Processing & Refunds (Paddle)

Payments for our digital products are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com), who acts as our payment provider and Merchant of Record.


This means that Paddle handles all billing, invoicing, and tax collection on our behalf.


If your refund request is approved, the refund will be issued by Paddle to your original payment method within 10 business days, in accordance with their refund and payment policies.


Please keep in mind it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
